Is it advisable to breastfeed my 2 months old baby when i have diarrhea ?

No problem: If you are /were contagious you would be before the diarrhea started, so stopping BF now would not eliminate exposure. Breast milk is proper nutrition even if the kid develops diarrhea. If it was triggered by a food or another agent it would not effect baby.
