Hi, i am starting to use contraceptive pills for the first time this month. my gp recommended i wait for my periods. periods are starting on the 6/04, should i start with white or red and should i drink them on the 1st day of period?

Yes: first day of cycle start, makes the pill protective for that cycle, rather than later protection.
