What is a max Vitamin C intake per day? Taking Cal-C-Vita (vitamin C 1000, D 300, B6 15, Calcium 250). Have flu like symptoms (sore body etc). Now also taking Efferflu C (Paracetamol 500, Vitamin C 250, Chlorphenamine maleate 2). Can I take 3x a day?
