Exam needed: Your symptoms may be due to pelvic pathology with contiguous urinary bladder involvement by congestion or actual mechanical pressure. A primary bladder problem is also possible.Low back pain can also occur with either.. I recommend an examination by a gynecologist. Appropriate testing will be done and, if deemed advisable, referral to urologist.
