Fruits and vegetable: Fresh fruits and vegetables are ulcer friendly foods. Avoid caffeine, high fat foods. Lean proteins and low fat dairy products are also acceptable, eggs and fish are also ulcer friendly. Whole grains and legumes are also part of a ulcer diet. Small meals are better than large ones, low in fat intake.
