Brugada syndrome: There are 3 types of Brugada EKG patterns depending on morphological patterns of the right sided chest leads on conventional EKG. There is no specific treatment except implantation of an intracardiac defibrillator in an effort to prevent ventricular tachycardia or sudden death caused by ventricular fibrillation. ICD's are recommended in patients with VT,V Fib and/or family history of sudden death
