Ask your doctor: This is the HT public site where volunteer docs offer answers to health questions. We do not offer notes, prescriptions or other forms of treatment. Such notes become legal documents that must withstand scrutiny in court or by the state medical board. Providing them without a proper history,exam & vita signs can result in loss or restriction of a medical license. Call your doc & schedule a visit.
