Ovary Pain: Pains can come at the time of your period from conditions like endometriosis or can come mid-cycle at the time of ovulation. Sometimes, though, you can just get some unexplained pains. A start is taking Motrin (usually 800mg which can be taken every 8 hours) and try a heating pad. Give it a day or two. If the pain is worsening or associated with fever seek medical care immediately.
