Causality is tough: cannot say in your particular case, most drug side effects are in the first week of starting the medication and singulair rarely has side effects. On the other hand, someone is prescribed singulair for particular respiratory reasons. These will interact badly with mold and cause a variety of problems that are likely to include sore throat, dizziness, cough etc and these often produce anxiety.

Trigger avoidance : Singular is used to control allergic symptoms including wheezing and cough. Avoid triggers of allergic reactions and review your symptoms with a HT virtual consult or with your physician. Continue the Singulair as prescribed until seen.
