Maybe/not: At that age infants increasingly like to chew/mouth anything & everything because it stimulates pleasure sensations in their lips/gums. Loose stools may be related or one of the many viral things they get as maternal antibodies wear off. If it is teething a chilled teething ring can help.

Check temperature : Your baby may be fine, but please check her temperature and call your pediatrician. Breastfed babies may have have loose stools.
