Varied: This could be internal scar tissue (adhesions) from your cesareans. It could also be just a muscle spasm. A more serious possibility is a hernia in your cesarean incision-- under the skin in the connective tissue. If pain is severe or persistent, especially if accompanied by vomiting, you need to see your doctor right away.
