My obgyn says that i may have circular tension in my lower abdomen due to a caesarean i had done a year ago what does that mean ?

No sure: I think he may be thinking of pain associated with the scar formed by the previous cesarean. Scar does not have the same elasticity as normal tissue. This can cause pulling sensation or pain. Just guessing at the terminology.
