Yes, only a "drop": The breast is an excretory gland that occasionally will have a drop of fluid when expressed. However, if the fluid is bloody or more copious see a GYN MD immediately. Pregnant mothers-to-be will sometimes have more that a "drop" of fluid towards the end of pregnancy as the exception.
