I have been having wet foreskin in the afternoon for the past six weeks. but nothing hurts or anything else.

Infection?: Presumably you mean increased moisture under the foreskin. Since this apparently is new for you, it probably isn't normal. You might have an infection, either of the skin (balanitis) or in the urethra (urethritis). Urethritis is caused entirely by STDs, especially gonorrhea or chlamydia. Balanitis usually isn't as serious. See a doctor for examination and testing. Good luck.
