It's a good bet: "Muff" is not a common sexual term, at least not in my country. If you mean unprotected vaginal or anal sex, then of course the answer is yes: there's a good chance you'll catch HIV. Not so much from kissing or oral sex. Risk also depends on her HIV treatment, condom use, and whether you are circumcised. For sure use condoms until until you are otherwise advised by her doctors. And get tested now!
