Can you pee cough and fart at the same time.

Not certain: I ever learned the answer to this, but one would assume that increasing the intrathoracic pressure with a cough would also put pressure on the intra-abdominal organs ( bowel and bladder) aiding in evacuation. While these functions may not occur exactly simultaneously they may occur in a time interval that is very close. This is just an educated guess.
