As of 3/9/19 my absolute neutrophils is 1291 based on the quest diagnostics range 1500-7800. 8/18/2018 results were 1451 same as range. no symptoms ?

Do not worry: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, if you do not have symptoms, do not worry. This may be your normal.
