Yes: The earlier breast cancer is dignosed, the higher the cure rate. There are some controversy about what the best check ups are. However, you should perform monthly breast self exam. Have yearly mammogram starting at age 40. If you have a strong family history or brca history, you should start earlier. If you find something (a lump in breast or arm pit, or nipple discharge), you should see your doct.
