Not sure understand: Are you getting enough sleep per your body but want something to make more effective? or do you want something to sleep better.Melatonin will help people get and stay asleep.However if you can get to sleep fine and do not have a sleep disorder such as sleep apnea and you do not wake up often,I am not aware of anything that will make it more effective in absence of anything else.
