Lump between breasts: If the "lump" is on the middle chest bone and is movable , it is probably a sebaceous cyst, as the area is full of oil producing cells. If it is painful or drains fluid, it may be infected, but the risk of cancer is very minimal.

Agree with Dr. B.: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If you are not satisfied with the response from your OB you should feel to seek opinion from an other doctor.
