A member asked:

What are the chances of a woman becoming pregnant at 45 with endometriosis? also, how much less of a chance when using condoms, and/or the pill?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Fertility?: Fertility is markedly decreased after 35 statistically, and at "45" the chance is extremely low but possible. Endometriosis can make fertility even more rare. At late 30's or older, oral bcp's (if no contraindications like blood clots, hypertension, etc.) will control fertility and endometriosis, and make menopausal symptoms much less severe.
