I have a diagnosis of major depressive disorder with anxious episodes from a psychiatrist. i no longer live near my psychiatrist. i feel as though my symptoms have escalated and my meds need to be adjusted?

Agree with Dr. H: Please find a primary care provider (PCP) in your area and establish care. The PCP could manage your and s/he may be able to consult with psychiatrist remotely. Wish you good health!
