Hmmm....: There are thousands of pills that come in packages. We'll guess that this is about a woman's daily, combination Birth Control pills. If taken within 3 hours of the usual time that she takes her pill each day, she should not notice a difference in the pills' effectiveness. Likewise if she missed only the first day and doubled up the second day. Pregnancy is possible but rare while taking BC pills.

Agree with Dr. K. : It is important to take the pills on about the same time each day. You may wish to consider alternatives like IUD and implanted contraceptive.
