PG moving a "head": As your pregnancy progresses the fetal head is drawn downward by gravity to an area in your deep pelvis that is just near the pubic bone. There are several nerves in that location that are affected by the pressure of the fetal head making for your difficulty. Have your OB MD screen(U/S) and examine you to be sure that the fetus and you are OK.
