ER Dr: The chance an HIV negative person will get HIV from oral sex with an HIV positive partner is low but factors such as sores in the mouth or vagina or penis may increase the risk. PEP means taking antiretroviral medicines after being potentially exposed to HIV & should be used only in emergency situations & must be started within 72 hours. Therefore please see an Emergency Room Dr immediately!

Possibly : Oral sex is "low risk" in terms of getting HIV while it’s unlikely you’ll get HIV from giving oral sex, some things increase risk like having mouth cuts/sores, gum disease, an existing sexually-transmitted infection in your throat, or recent dental work. Because the possibility of infection cannot be ruled out (despite partner’s undetectable HIV), it’s important that you’re evaluated for PEP.
