Pep vs Prep: If you cannot find out his HIV status and he ejaculated in your mouth, then PEP is a reasonable option. If you find out he is HIV+, the definitely. If you find that you are frequently in spontaneous sexual encounters with or without condoms, consider Prep with Truvada (emtricitabine and tenofovir). Also, Gonorrhea, chlamydia, and syphilis are transmitted orally, so get tested soon.
