Depends: Depends on how long taking and how much.Diazepam has a half life of between 20 and 100hours.. It couldtake several weeks or months until the last trace of the drug-leaves the body.

Up to a month: Sources vary in the estimate of time it takes before diazepam is no longer detectable in the urine. The longest time listed in a review of several resources suggests it’s detectable for up to 30 days. However, it’s important to recognize that figure is for the average, healthy person. In someone with liver disease, it may be significantly longer.
