Probably : Insomnia can be a side effect of buspirone, rare though, or may be due to something else, e.g. another drug you are on or simple anxiety, if mild and not really affecting your performance, you may wait it out and would go away, if otherwise, kindly talk to your prescriber. Wish you well

Tried 10mg dose of Buspar (buspirone) at 5-6pm instead of 8 cause I thought it made insomnia worse. Get whooshes/head rushes after an hour. Not after am dose tho.
