No: drug testing companies have become equally sophisticated with the companies that make products to beat those tests. The various products available produce results that can be tested for, like nitrates. If there were a product to beat tests, an ethical and reputable physician would not be telling you about it. Worry more about your drug problem than the issue of getting caught.
