Yes, many reasons. : This condition is called postural hypotension, which is the technical term for low blood pressure with standing. This can have many causes from dehydration, to more complex medical and neurologic causes. Visit your doctor who can measure you blood pressure in different positions: lying, sitting, and standing. A history & physical may uncover an underlying cause.
