I seem to have a bad kidney infection. i am passing blood and clots from time to time when i urinate, and it has happened when i ejaculate too. i am in a rural area so getting to a hospital is difficult?

Go to Doc: Is there a local doctor that you can see that can do a urinalysis.You need to see someone and start on antibiotics or will continue to get worse most likely.In the meantime make sure drinking plenty of water.
