A member asked:

Before pregnancy used to have lots of cervical mucus during ovulation.since i delivered baby never had cm.due to history of cerclage?opk say i ovulate

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Cervical mucus/ovul: The production of cervical mucus is affected to some extent by the vaginal delivery process, in that the glands which produce the mucus from the cervix may be damaged. Hormone levels do change over time, and cervical mucus production may be less and still be normal for you. A cerclage will not have any effect on cervical mucus.
