Get seen: Could be a stone or STD but most likely a urinary tract infection.Make sure drinking plenty of water and get seen will need an urinalysis and likely antibiotics.

Agree with Dr. K: Drink more water, enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless. The pain may be due passing crystals in concentrated urine.
