Go see doc: The bottom numbers of your blood presure are moderately elevated and not surprising since sick.Also if taking any decongestants that will increase the BP.with this chest tightness and the cough going on for a month need to see someone and get evaluated.Any viral infection should have started getting better at the 10 day mark or sooner although they can lag sometimes.see someone soon.
