Need more info: Left lower back pain can be musculoskeletal,can be kidney stone, diverticulitis,constipation,referred from somewhere. Else etc.See your primary and decide on course of treatment.You can repost the question on more details-any trauma,what makes better and worse,what you have done about it,how it started and is it constant,etc.
