Good evening, i have a teenager who is highly active. currently she is not taking any supplements and i am worried that she might cause some damage to her body eventually. what would you recommend i give her to assist her body to cope with the strain?

Not necessary: As long as she gets proper restorative sleep, balanced nutrition & has her regular checkups these are unnecessary. A teen may need 8-10 hrs/d of sleep, depending on stage of growth & activity. Supplements are highly advertised & minimally regulated. They add little if anything to the kid without a known deficit.
