I have all the symptoms of a slow bleeding stomach ulcer my blood count is 10 and my iron is 5 their finding was iron deficiency. my stool is black. ?

Do EGD: Had they done an EGD and do they have you on a proton pump inhibitor?Alwo make sure not taking any NSAIDS such as ibuprofen,alleve,advil,naprosyn,meloxican,voltaren,celebrex,etc.Does sound like ulcer either in stomach or duodenum.Also they have tou on iron at least twice a day.
