Infertility ?: On "day 12" of a cycle, with a follicle at "1 cm" , HCG injections will stimulate ovulation. Depending on how long pregnancy has been attempted, male factors (sperm number and motility,etc.), it is appropriate for HCG at this point, but more information is needed to answer this question accurately.
