hello . i have a bit of a concern. whilst doing cardio it feels as if my feet go numb ?

Dr. Robert Kneece
Specializes in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics
Multiple causes: When you exercise your muscles and your feet swell during a workout, they press against your sneakers and the nerves can become slightly compressed causing numbness. Also lactic acid may build up causing a sensation of soreness than can be felt as numbness.older individuals can have peripheral vascular disease and legs will actually hurt.Other causes can be compression in spine by position change
