Risk is there.: To get pregnant is possible but unlikely. She took two pills next day , that is good. Sex on day 10 is risky since getting close to ovulation. Remember the sperm can survive up to 7 days. Pull out is not guarantee to prevent pregnancy since sperm exist in the precum. Hopefully the 2 pills taken after missing the bcp suppresses enough the pituitary gland to prevent an ovulation.

Highly unlikely: I can't say there is no chance because pregnancies rarely occur even when oral contraceptives are taken perfectly, but it is very unlikely that your girlfriend ovulated and even if she did also unlikely that that she would get pregnant as most precum has no sperm and the amount of sperm is low. So I'd guess the odds are maybe 1 in 1000 or less... See https://tinyurl.com/y5qopemt
