Dull pain behind left knee occasionally. could i have a torn meniscus ? left knee dull pain

Possible: See primary or if severe can do in many places orthopedic walk in clinic.Could be arthritis,if no history of trauma and dull pain behind the knee ,meniscus is lower on my differential .Could be also a sprain,tendonitis or a Bakers cyst.
