back pain how to deal ?

Depends on cause: Some things you can try at home for musculo-skeletal back pain include a warm shower with the water aimed at your back, a heating pad (insure that you don’t get burned), stretching & Tylenol or NSAID’s. If your pain is severe or chronic, a medical evaluation would be prudent. Acupuncture & massage can be beneficial for some types of back pain.

Dr. Fowler, a reasonable answer. I try ruling out other anomalies: Renal, hepatic, vascular, piriformis syndrome…etc. It was a vague question, and defer to your early symptomatic care + med eval.

Depends on cause: Back/thoracic scapula braces may be indicated in certain conditions causing back pain. Examples include sacroiliac joint hyper mobility, spondylolisthesis, scoliosis, or some causes of scapular dyskinesia. Some physicians also choose to prescribe braces for patients with nonspecific back pain which has more controversy surrounding it. Traction machine for lumbar less common due to force needed.
