Warm packs: Sitting upright and lying on your side may help. If it worsens, tynelol which is safe to take during pregnancy would help. Best wishes!

Massage: Get hubby to help by ice massage. Or if you prefer heat. But either way, physical touch, will go a long way to helping comfort you.
