Fungal nails?: Find out if it IS fungus (culture/biopsy). Many treatments ranging from removal of nail plate, regular grinding nails down, topical meds may not be effective because the "fungus" stems from beneath the plate. Oral meds have systemic side effects. Laser treatments are an option. See a podiatrist or dermatologist-
