Yearly: If you remain in good health the general recommendation for a medical exam for well-being & prevention beginning at 50 years old is once a year. In the meantime it's important to lead a healthy lifestyle with adequate daily exercise & good nutrition which includes fish, chicken, veggies and fruit. You should avoid smoking & drugs and have no more than one or 2 alcoholic drinks a day. Stay well!
