been feeling pains in my chest whenever i wake up in the morning. i sleep under the fan all through the night. could that be the cause?

It is unlikely: that the fan is causing you to have chest pain. Even though you are young and unlikely to have a serious problem, it would be prudent to see a health care provider for an evaluation. Make an appointment today.
