Drugs in pregnancy: For upper respiratory tract infections (usually viral), can use paracetamol and antihistamines, but still read the labels carefully, in addition to rest, fluids, saline nasal washes and salt water gargles, if no improvement see your doctor for evaluation and management for possible prescription medications, wish you a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby
