My daughter is turning eleven in april,is 157cm,and weighs 30.6 kg. she looks extremely underweight and seems to be weak.no sudden changes though.

She is: If the numbers provided are correct she is at the 97% for height for age but 10% for weight for age. This would make her body mass index below 12.5 and exceedingly abnormal for age. She deserves a complete evaluation for this abnormality.
