Go back to doc!: We don't know what kind of workup your doctor did or what treatment he/she has prescribed. Go back to your doc and let him know that you are no better. If he/she does not have a plan you are comfortable with to try next, ask for a second opinion, with a gastroenteroloist, hematologist or endocrinologist, any of whom may be able to provide more help in clarifying your diagnosis & treatment options.
