Severe chills fever: You may have the flu-virus. F/u/ w/ MD as there are treatments-Tamiflu to lessen the effects and severity of the flu. Drink 2-3 liters a day a combo of water ,gatorade/ pedilyte for electrolytes even ice pops. Alternatively could be bacterial infection or gastroenteritis or gallbladder / gastritis with abd pain Even strep can cause abd pain f/u/ w/ MD today,. as may need antibiotics/antiviral
